Has anyone had a late period due to birth control?

I skipped the placebo last month so I could skip my period but now this month my period is late. I should have gotten it this morning or last night. Has this happened to anyone else? I use two forms of protection so I highly doubt I'm pregnant.

im pretty sure its just late cuz you skipped it last month. itll come. it needs to get back on track

You don't have a period when you take birth control because you don't ovulate. You have withdrawal bleeding when you the the placebo. If you skip them you won't bleed. You could possibly have some break through bleeding at some point.
