Is This Normal?

My boyfriend and I have been together for about 6 months, this is my first serious relationship. This is his 3rd... his last relationship was 3 years, we started dating a year after. Is it normal that he still talks about her? He just talks about good memories with her maybe once or twice a week. I’m not mad... just want to know if this is normal?

for me no it's weird. even if he thinks about her he shouldn't say it out loud if he's moved on. just feels like he isn't over her yet and probably should've stayed friends until he was fully over her

For me, no. Me and my SO do not do that. Our past are never really brought up, for what??? IF my SO were to talk about their “good” memories I’d definitely think there was still feelings.
Have you asked why he brings her up?

Don’t know about good emperors, but when I was finally able to bring my up ex in casual conversation, that’s when I knew I was over him. Otherwise I didn’t use to be able to mention it without crying

Yes its normal, He spent a big part of his life and time with her. Shes GOING to cone up.
