Strange Vaginal Discharge

PLEASE HELP...I am having a light brownish/pinkish color discharge. It has a slight odor and it is very light spotting but it has been going on for about a week. I've just gone through a lot so I'm not surprised, but I wanted some input and advice. So I had a baby 10 months ago, after my first period came back I accidentally got pregnant. I ended up having a medication abortion (please don't judge). Two weeks after that I started the pill, but stopped after two weeks because of terrible side effects. I also had to take a Plan B pill a week after I stopped the pill. I got a period a few days later and then it turned into this weird spotting and doesn't seem to be going away. It is very upsetting. I know it's probably nothing and I'm not in pain, but I want to go back to my normal life and be able to have sex again!!!!
