Anyone else jaw be hurting?

I've noticed my jaw is starting to hurt cause it be all tensed up due to stress and it be happening more subconsciously. my shoulders as well and I be having these headaches. I'm 12w4d how can I relieve this? and does anyone else goes through this?

I went to the dentist when I was pregnant and they told me it’s common. Stress causes jaw clenching at night and pregnancy can be stressful

I am a SERIOUS jaw clencher.. like horrible all day clenching for years and the only thing that helps is chewing gum and relaxing but mostly gum because I’m a overthinking and consistency stress the littlest things

I notice in the morning my jaw hurts because I’m clenching it in my sleep. Maybe talk to your doc about muscle relaxers or coping techniques for stress.
