HSG test?

Anyone done an HSG test while taking these meds? When am I supposed to schedule it? I’m taking progesterone right now to induce a period because I haven’t had one in 200 days. Supposed to take letrozole days 3-7. Is it okay if I have one while I’m taking a drug to help me ovulate?

Answer

I had one done last month on clomid. You should have it done in between the end of your period and your ovulation date. Typically anytime between days 6-12. I had mine done on day 6.  You’ll definitely want it done before you will potentially ovulate so then if and when you ovulate, the tubes will be clear so you’ll have a higher chance of getting pregnant! Good luck and take some Advil beforehand!
