So I recently found out the guy I'm talking to is uncircumcised. Does that effect the sex?

I've found uncircumcised tips are much more sensitive then circumcised

I might say that I enjoy an uncircimcised penis more.  When the skin is retracted and wrinkled up on itself during sex it provides an interesting sensation.  Just make sure he cleans under his foreskin regularly-- it can harbor bacteria and smegma which makes BJs less pleasant for the giver and increases risks of infection for him.
