So frustrated.

I have issues with most food. Meat, dairy, anything processed and some green vegetables. It takes about 3-4 weeks of eating perfectly to actually feel good. It's really hard to stick with my diet and I mess up frequently, resulting in embarrassing stomach problems that make me want to hide in my room. I recently started dating someone and I get so nervous when he comes over because I don't want anything to happen while he's here. I guess I just needed to vent about it.
