I used to believe that if I had a son, I'd get him circumcised. I was staunchly in support of it, because my husband is circumcised, and we felt it was much cleaner, healthier, and didn't look as strange as an intact penis. I held all of these opinions when I only had a daughter. I was also VERY vocal on here about my opinion, and not always in a nice way. Now that I found out the my second is a boy, I researched it more, and my husband has actually now forbid circumcision, as have I. I can't believe I was so ignorant about it before. I just kept saying the same illogical arguments over and over again. I'm glad that I was able to learn more about it.
