I used to with the test strips just to see how long my surge would last but once I started using clear blue digital advance, once I get my peak I leave it alone.

Once you have a positive you’ll ovulate in 24-48 hours (I think that’s the time frame). I found the strip analyzer on here to be super helpful. When I get a positive I watch for other ovulation signs like cervical mucus, sharp pains.

yes because when lh starts going down and temp goes up, u can tell uv ovulated for sure.
