Freaking out right now

I’ve been trying for 11 months this was my fourth round of clomid .. I’m not sure when i ovulated bc i stopped tracking bc i ran out of strips lol but they just came in today .. I’m so scared bc I’ve had so many indents Does everyone else see what i see first picture is from 2 mins after i dipped in urine 2nd was about 15 mins later
