I just wanted to write a post for all the ladies out there that are trying to conceive, I've been deficient in vitamin D for probably 6 years. Never took it seriously, until I read an article the other day about how Vitamin D is linked to infertility. I've had a lot of tests done and no one knows why I can't conceive, or so they say. I have very thick uterine lining (18 mm) and I don't have PCOS and I also don't have endometriosis but it's similar, so basically I'm undiagnosed. but back to the point I've been taking vitamin D for 3 weeks and I managed to get a period! note, I don't usually get periods but every 40 to 200 days so this was a huge step and I'm so excited to see if I can finally ovulate properly and conceive. hopefully this post helps some of you, maybe you can get to the doctor and see what your vitamin D levels are. It's definitely connected!
