Mystery miracle sperm medication?

Hi everyone! im hoping you guys can help me to identify a mystery 'medicine' that's supposed to dramatically increase sperm quality in 3 months...

After finding out my OH has low count, morphilogy and motility, during a medicated cycle, the doctor said its pretty easy to fix and that we should pick up some 'medicine' to try for 3 months to bring the count up before doing another medicated cycle. He was planning on charging about 500 pounds for 3 months supply including a re-test! they refused to say what the medicine was called. (S.A. showed 32% motility 2.7% morphology, 7 million/ml concentration)

500 seemed a lot, so i consulted Dr google to try to figure out what it might be and it seemed it was unlikely that a Dr would prescribe actual meds (like Clomid or something) after only doing a single SA with those numbers (PLEASE correct me of that's wrong) also online of seemed Clomid should be cheaper than that? i figured it must be an expensove suplement, so i found a suplement online called fertilisan m from a german company, which seemed to some of the highest amounts of all the suplements that are supposed to help the swimmers (zinc, folic acid, amino acids, coq10 and antioxidants) all in one dose (before I was trying to feed OH a bunch of pills and putting pumpkin seeds in every meal!) - so i ordered 6 months supply - it wasnt cheap, but was cheaper than the dr.s medicine. OH stated taking it about a week ago, so fingers crossed!

Anyway... this week I get a call from the doctors office (2months after the SA results) reminding me to come in for the meds. I asked again what the medicine is (still no answer!) and mentioned that I already bought some suplements - told them the name and asked them to check with the doctor whether they can be taken with the 'medicine'.... they called back today to say that they can't be taken together but that the doctors medicine will work better... what on earth is this mystery medicine?! I feel like they're trying to make a bit of money here... But at the same time, I don't want to waste 3 months of there's a miracle medicine available that I'm refusing to get. does anyone have any ideas what medicine this might be?
