HELP ASAP! ⚠️ weird body change

I finished my period about four days ago and on the day the bloodflow stoped I fingered myself a little but realised that that was blood on my finger and I thought it was just residue from my period but I stop after noticing it anyway. Then I went to shower to clean off and my tummy was a really weird bloated shape but it went away after my shower I was still very unusual never happened before. And right now my vagina, more specifically my outer labia is quite red/pink and is very sensitive and sore to touch and is a bit inflamed. I’m just very concerned that there could be an infection of some sort, I haven’t put anything unusual in there besides my fingers that day and I haven’t masturbated or had sex... any ideas??
