post partum hands hurting??

I'm 12 weeks PP today and the last 1-2 weeks my hands have been getting achy whenever I use them. Is this normal after having a baby? What can I do to help it feel better? Will it go away or is this gonna be forever?!? I'm a teacher so I write on the board all day long 😭

My hands feel itchy and they also hurt after doing chores. I’m 3 weeks postpartum and my nail bed and fingers feel very sore after I wash dishes, and it’s especially sore after I use baby wipes to clean my little one. I’m not sure if it’s the baby wipes that’s causing some form of sensitivity, but I’ve never had this kind of reaction before.

No I go back in 3 weeks so I'm worried they are going to get worse once I do 🙁 They just hurt from every day chores like doing dishes or folding clothes...

Are you back at work? I’m currently pregnant but my current work schedule is very minimal and when I do a job that I haven’t done in a while my hands get very achy and sore the next day.
