Please help

So in July I had two periods, and I’m never off on my period. But I know for a fact I wasn’t pregnant. I had sex the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th of this month. We are TTC and i was just hoping there was a chance.

For the past few days I’ve been having the worst hot and cold flashes , my boobs bother me a little, and more than anything I’ve been nauseated (no puking) and the worst diarrhea

Any thoughts? I’m really hoping this time it will be the one
