Anyone uncomfortable when laying on back?

Im 18 weeks and it’s starting to get super uncomfortable laying on back

I’m not comfortable in any position :( and I have a small tummy

I keep seeing things about not laying on your back because it decreases the blood flow to baby... but I’m still comfortable, but feel like I shouldn’t.

When u lay on my back i feel nauseous and cant breath which sucks cuz i need to elevate my feet at night.

I know I'm not supposed to lay on my back, but I find it surprisingly the most comfy to sleep and lay down. Which is weird because before pregnancy, I was a side sleeper.

I have a big rear end so it kinda lifts my lower back off the bed/floor/couch and is extremely uncomfortable. Unless I’m leaning, I can’t be full on my back. 😣

I've been having back pain,  that my left shoulder.   Every position is uncomfortable.   I don't even know how I'm going to get any sleep tonight and tomorrow is the only day that I'm off work this week and have the opportunity to sleep in. :(

Since 16 weeks I’ve had the same thing. After a few mins it’s tough to breathe and my arms start getting tingly lol. I miss sleeping on my back so much though 😫😫
