Implementation bleeding

Is it normal to have cramping or I guess more like a back ache? Ive had some wierd things happening today. lower back started aching around 11 this morning and got more noticeable as the day progressed. its eased up but around 5 I started spotting. i have a really heavy af right off the bat the 1st 3 days are death..
