Weird bump!

I just found this weird bump I thought it was an infected hair but when I tried to squeeze it all I felt was a little ball under my skin and I just pressed on it and it kinda feels like a marble kinda anyone know what it could be? I would like to save a trip to the doctor 🤦🏻‍♀️
