Time to do this.
This month we have bought a smoothie maker, lots of food fertility friendly foods, fresh fruit and veg, fish and other clean eating things.
I tested our smoothie maker out and it was yummy. I cannot wait to get my organic maca root powder to add to it not just for health benefits but also fertility. I hope this works for us this month. A yummy smoothie every morning for breakfast. Today’s was banana, hemp milk and berries.
