I just started my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> cycle yesterday. Taking letrozole/femera on CD3-7, today is CD4 so my first dose was last night.

While my period seemed to be winding down yesterday (as it usually does on my 3rd day) today it’s been slightly heavier and bright red blood instead of the typical end of cycle dark old blood. Is this a normal side effect of letrozole???
