When will a fetal doppler work?

I’m 11 weeks today! I really want to buy one. I just don’t know how many weeks till it will actually pick up babies heart beat! Any ideas?

I’ve found my baby’s heart beat since 10 weeks but closer to 11 weeks I’m 15 weeks now

Mine was around 14/15 weeks on and off and then properly 16+

I found mine at 10 weeks but it took awhile. You might want to wait to use it until further along since I panicked a bit when trying to find it the first time. I could pretty easily find the heartbeat starting around 13-14 weeks.

10 weeks and soooo much lower than you might expect. Like the top of my pubic hair line when I first found my boys hb. Now, at 17 weeks, he’s moved toward my belly button, finally. It’s good to have aloe Vera gel to help get good readings too.

As far as I've heard it's harder the earlier you try. But it should be possible around week 10. So go for it, just don't panic if you don't find it straight away. It's still a tiny little one after all!

Doctor Found mine at 11 weeks using one. That being said they said it’s not common to find it till 16-17 weeks.
