Can anyone relate ?

My last cycle was from June 13 until June 17

I had no cycle in July but today August the 11 I am just now coming on this happens often it’s like I skip a cycle or something ever since I got my implanon removed in 2016 I had it a full 3years can anyone relate or give me any feed back on what they think is going on Or got any answers if there going though the same thing ?? I went to my primary doctor and he ordered 2types of X-rays to examine my ovaries and he said both came out looking good I’m just so confused on why I can’t conceive it’s driving me crazy and I’m starting to think that I might be infertile
