Constant headaches

Anyone else constantly have headaches? Normally I can get rid of them with sleep and Tylenol but this one has been ongoing since Friday around 6 pm. It’s now Saturday, almost 4 PM and it has not gone away. I’ve done heating pads, showers, sleeping, taken a prescription my doctor gave me for the last time this happened, drank a ton of water and it’s still lingering. My blood pressure this morning was 120/80 so that’s fine...

I just don’t know what else to do. I’ll be 33 weeks tomorrow
