Super paranoid

I recently got a new sexual partner about 2-3 months ago, it’s all monogamous and we both get tested. Recently we tried having sex & it burned like HELL. (i was super wet tho??) Ever since I’ve had pink discharge like crazy. It definitely isn’t my period & Im super paranoid. Should I see a doctor? Btw I started the Depo shot about a month ago. Pls help
