Hey ladies... When should I start using evening primrose oil? red raspberry leaf tea? How many weeks? Talk to me ladies!

Nothing you do is going to make the baby want to come out any sooner unfortunately. If there was something that worked with scientific proof, we would all be doing it.

I brought it up to my OB at my last appointment and she said 35 weeks!

My husband was asking me this morning...I think he is too excited to use the oil 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I started the tea at 34 weeks and just one cup a day, now doing 2 as I’m 36 weeks and will add another cup/day at 38 weeks. Haven’t done the oil though.
