How do you know if your breast milk supply is low?

My breasts feel less full the past day. Does that mean I have a low milk supply? Please let me know and if so, what can I do about it? My 19 day old seems to be eating less and mainly using the breast as a pacifier. 😕

As long as they are having enough wet/dirty diapers and are gaining weight, your supply isn’t low. Don’t stress.

They feel less full because your supply is regulating. Totally normal. You should really only worry if baby is extremely fussy and never seems satisfied
