Fit mommy
I was fit before pregnancy and then got horrible SPD and took leave at 36 weeks. I gained 35 pounds. I’m 2 weeks PP, breastfeeding and have diastasis recti. I’m 140 pounds and would love to get back to 125 when I’m able.
Any other fit mamas have success stories or pictures? When were you able to get fit again? Ps I understand I need to wait for the all clear from my doctor first. Thanks!!
