I’m trying to get into makeup. What’s the best essentials to get and the best brands?

A good primer: I use BECCA but ELF is good too 
Concealer: colourpop
Foundation: ITcosmetics CCcream or colourpop 
Setting powder: ITcosmetics or colourpop 
Blush: Laura geller or tarte 
Highlighter: colourpop luster dusts
Eyelid primer: urban decay 
Eyeshadow palettes: colourpop, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Morphe or BH cosmetics 
Mascara: Toofaced Better Than Sex
Setting spray: urban decay all nighter
Brushes: bh cosmetics or Morphe

Do your research..create a budget for this hobby, unless you just want the best in all products. Drug store products can be expensive also. You don't want to spend a lot of $$ and then have the products sit on the dresser. Try E.L.F., then work your way to something better. I personally like Maybelline..stay 24 hr foundation. It works great.
