Scared to get pregnant again after 15 years

Hi ladies. So I have been married for about 2 years to a man 8 years younger than me and he has no kids. My oldest will be 18 in less than two months and my youngest is 15. I want to have another baby but I’m terrified to push lol. I will be 36 on Wednesday and I am very afraid that I won’t have a good pregnancy. We’ve been trying for a year but due to my weight and PCOS we weren’t successful. We stopped because I had weight loss surgery in March of this year. We just started trying again in July and today I had my first high peak ovulation test ever. I’m so nervous yet so excited. I could use some positive stories right now. TIA
