I mean, I would try IUI if I couldn’t conceive naturally but not just because of a miscarriage which would have nothing to do with method of conception.

Possibly. It depends on how long you’ve been trying after your MC.
My hubby and I tried for 8 months before getting our first BFP that ended in MC. Now it’s been 9 months since that MC and nothing. I’m not close to trying IUI yet but it could be a possibility if there are a lot of problems.
