I miscarried naturally at 10 weeks about 4 weeks ago, and now I'm feeling these weird pulses/spasms in my lower pelvis every few minutes for a few minutes each time. It's not really painful, just mildly uncomfortable. It's nothing I have ever felt with my on-coming period. Nurse said it could be that and to wait a few days to see if it comes or schedule an appt if I want to get checked out by the doc. Has anyone experienced this same feeling post-Miscarriage about 4 or so weeks after? Just wondering if it's normal or not. Just hate being so in the dark.
