So this morning I got up and noticed my poor cat had a scratch on his eye. It was really bothering him as he kept scratching at it. I cleaned it with a saline solution, but it didn't seem to help. (I didn't have my car today so I couldn't take him to the vet)

He was miserable this morning. By the afternoon it just seemed worse, there was discharge coming out of his eye so I'm thinking oh great it's infected looks like we will be going to the vet in the morning. He was pitiful so I made him some soup, because that's what you do when loved ones are feeling under the weather.

I kid you not halfway through his soup he looks up at me and his eye is halfway open.

It had not been open all day long. He kept eating his soup and I left him alone to check on my baby. 30 minutes later he comes to me purring and all happy loving up on me and his eye looks completely fine now.

Moral of the story always make soup. It can fix anything.
