confused. am I pregnant possibly?

On the 10th of this month, on Friday, I started noticing what I had thought to be my period because I was having period like symptoms. Had bad hot flashes ,severe cramps, accompanied by back pain, and everything aches and was burning up. On the 11th (Saturday) I noticed Body temperature elevation, noticed a brownish reddish color when wiping tonight.

Yesterday and early this morning was a slight scanty bright red. Not enough for noa pad or liner.. Noticed it with cramping these past few days n been having severe hot flashes. tonight the bleeding has stopped and when I wiped, tonight. I noticed this.

edit : my Cycles are super irregular, I have broken out bad in acne, this never happens n don't remember when I last had my menstrual cycle, it was sometime last month. also threw up my lunch today and I hardly ever throw up or get sick. had a nice healthy salad to.
