Clomid start and stop

I took clomid 1 st cycle -50mg
2st cycle 100mg
3 rd cycle at 150mg
4th cycle 150mg
And I stop to rest my ovaries for 4 months
Tonight I have to start again Clomid
Should I take 50mg or 100 mg or 150 mg
Doctor forgot to tell me
