Pregnancy Rage

32 weeks here. Does anyone suffer with extreme anger and rage? It can be triggered by anything. Doesn’t have to be rational. I feel so bad for my husband. My anger comes on at night usually and is triggered by something he does or doesn’t do. For example: we went to a baby care class last night and he had to answer the phone twice and go buy a coffee even though he never drinks coffee at home. He just had to spend the money bc it was there. This turned into he has a spending problem and I just spiraled from there. I know it’s not a big deal, but the anger just didn’t stop. I have terrible sciatic pain and other pregnancy related pain so I just become a crying angry mess and it’s debilitating. This happens a couple times a week.
