HELP! BBT, CM and OPK not matching up? is this normal?

so does ewcm mean your ovulating? or about to ovulate? and I know bbt can be thrown off my lots of things, but I didn't expect opk to be off. maybe I geared up, but didn't actually ovulate and now it's trying again?

CD 21+22 I had what I thought we're positive opk.  they faded to negative middle of the day on CD 22. had watery/creamy cm. bbt doesn't show much at least that I notice. still negative opk the last few days. and temps are going a little up and down, sometimes my sleep schedule might not be the best. I pee a few times a night. still learning how to check my cervix. I can tell when it's high or low, but I'm still not sure on softness or hardness, open or close. still learning. anyways it's always been kinda high. checking it yesterday I had small amount of cream colored egg white cm. and today a decent amount of clear ewcm. should I bd today since I have this cm, even though opk are negative? is this all normal ? which should I go off of?
