Will I get ivf on NHS ?

Hello I have been ttc for 5 years with my partner I have a child from previous relationship already he has a very low count due to being born with undesended testicals when he was born he has no children also they did the operation when he was 3 which was late to do my doctor referred for

yesterday' I'm so scared that this is not going to happen 🙅🏻‍♂️

What can I expect next ..... what happens next

Don't tell them you have a child... Thats a no go for IVF treatment... Even if the child is your partner's from a previous relationship they won't help you with IVF. It's crazy I know!

Some trusts don’t refer a couple if one of you has a child but some do. You may get it due to your husband I only way to know is ask. Fingers crossed and baby dust xx

Look up the guidelines for your health board. Mine would do IVF if one member of the couple doesn’t have any biological children but I know the rules are unfortunately very different across the UK. Fingers crossed for you.

Unfortunately Because you already have a child, it’s unlikely the NHS will offer you IVF!  It’s such an unfair system and depending on what area you live in l, some don’t offer it at all. I hope you manage to sort something out! X sending lots of baby dust x

It all depends on where you live. Some places in the UK will and some won't. I looked into IVF for myself as there was a huge possibility I would need it. I wanted to know how many attempts I would get. You can find most of the information online.
