Advice for Parenting Plan (Pending Divorce)

I haven’t come forward to him about divorce just yet because I’m drafting up my proposal in hopes that he will agree and decide to go uncontested. What are some things you added in your parenting plan provisions? Any advice? Things you wish you had added? Circumstances you didn’t think about? I googled a bunch and wrote out continuation pages in addition to the online PDF Parenting Plan form but I wanted to make sure that I cover almost everything so that he can see that not only am I serious but I’m willing to be fair and just. For the record he has cheated on me multiple times, given me STDs twice, lied, and he’s told me he wouldn’t hurt me again... but he failed once again. So I decided it’s time to leave him and move forward in my life. I have my own career, I’m going to go to Law School, and I have big plans for my life. I need a husband who is loyal and honest.
