infertility

This is something that is not discussed no where near enough and not everyone understands how heart breaking it is month after month getting your period and wanting something so hard and bad but it just never happens i have been ttc for 3 years now never did i think i would be in this position but god has other plans my partner has been diagnosed with Low sperm count he has tried all medications fertilaid fertility sure all multivitamins and nothing has worked we gave now decided to go do icsi and it is a long journey ahead for us i just wanted to know can we conceive on our first try i am healthy and have no complications with my health and neither does my partner his testosterone levels are normal so cant even try clomid. please let me know and i wish for all of you out there who are going through infertility get your miracle in the end and it all works out for you all xxxxxx
