I take Vitamin Code, they're foodzbased instead of lab-created nutrients. You do have to take them 3 times a day, but it's worth it to me.

I get so sick while pregnant so I cant stomach the gummies. I also cant take anything with fish oil in it because it comes right back up. I also refrigerate my prenatal and I can stomach them so much easier. My prenatal tricks.

I use nature made prenatal multi + DHA vitamin. I buy it from Costco so it lasts a while. From what I’ve been told, don’t stress about the prenatal. Any prenatal will give you the essential vitamins your body needs for baby:)
