Clothes and diapers for twins

I still don't know genders yet, but I like to be prepared! My son was almost 10 pounds when he was born. He didn't fit into any newborn clothes or diapers. Well I know the twins won't be that big and I have a few newborn boy clothes ( I would say less then 10!) how many newborn clothes per baby do you recommend? Should I get premie clothes? And what about diapers?! We will be cloth diapering when the babies are a little older, but when they are just born disposable are easier! Tell me how you prepared or what you wish you would have done differently!
