How do I know if I have started my period after having my daughter? I don’t know the difference between that and bleeding after birth... About 2w PP I haven’t had anything but brown looking blood and didn’t cramp at all after having her. Now today I have cramped a little, I didn’t have many cramps if any before I got pregnant, and it’s red blood now. Could I have started it already or just started bleeding again from birth? I’m BF. I have read that you normally don’t get it until you stop or a few months into it. I’m 3 weeks 3 days PP now.
