Femara/letrozole success stories?

Anyone have success with this medication? My doc prescribed 2.5mg this cycle to hopefully help me ovulate. Anyone have success on the first round? I’m on CD14 and had an almost positive opk on CD12. We also started using Pre Seed yesterday. What do y’all think of these OPKs? If you have experience with femara/letrozole is love to hear your stories!

I’m on my first IUI round with metformin, petrodollars and trigger shot.  Are you taking metro zoos because of PCOS? I only ask because I was doing OPK’s for several months but due to PCOS the results were always skewed.  Wishing you lots of luck.
