decrease in formula? Advice!!!

So my baby boy is 4 weeks old today and I had to decrease his formula today to 3 oz since yesterday he was wasn't finishing his bottle. Prior to this, a week ago He has been at 3.5 oz. is this normal

it can be. I'm not a dr so if anything is worrying you don't hesitate to ask a dr. but yes babies intake fluctuates depending on whether or not they are going through a growth spurt. you'll notice some days your baby won't seem to get full and other days he won't finish all of his bottles. as long as baby is having enough pee and poop diapers and gaining weight as they should it's fine. I've always gone by my babies lead.

I think he's okay. When my daughter was born they wanted us to feed her 2oz but she was always hungry so we bumped it up to 4oz and she fine and we'll even after she dropped down to 3oz. she 3m now. He'll Be okay mama but if anything trust your gut.
