Hi all, just wondering how you, or you and your SO decided to get pregnant. How did you know when it was the right time? I feel like there’s so many people who always wanted kids but my husband and I have always been sort of ambivalent about it... but now that I’m 34 and he’s 38 we are thinking it might happen within the year. Still, there are times when both he and I kind of talk about it like we’re making excuses for why we shouldn’t try just yet. I think we’d regret not TRYING but if it didn’t happen I’m not sure either of us would be crushed.

I know there’s never the perfect time but are there things you wished you considered before pulling the plug? Was it a clear cut decision or more “ahh.. F it?!”
