I have no idea why so many people said No. I’ve taken them for YEARS as calcium supplements, and the dozens of doctors and nurses I’ve seen in that time have all been on board with taking them for calcium. Heck, right on the bottle it advertises as a good source of calcium!!

Yes. The antacid in Tums is bonded to calcium carbonate (that’s the chalk). Four tums should give you about 800 mg of actual calcium.
