Adhd and pregnant
Any advice on how to get a good nights rest, my Brain is so over tired it won’t stop thinking at night.
Had just started taking concerta when I found out I was pregnant so had to stop.
Hi am almost 5 months pregnant and work is so hard right now cause my brain is Sooo Tired
