do i even have a chance??????

k so there’s this kid that i’m pretty into right now. he’s totally nice and he’s got a great group of friends, but there’s just one, tiny problem. he likes another girl. they went to homecoming last year (imma be a senior, woot woot!) and kinda, sorta dated after that, but they never really DTR because in her family they have this weird rule that she’s not allowed to kiss boys until after high schools over (idk it’s a crazy rule if you ask me), so he didn’t want to kiss her and have her parents hate him or whatever. anyway, so a friend of mine was talking to him the other day and asked if he would ever go after another girl and he was kinda hesitant, but eventually said he maybe would.

what i’m wondering, is do i have a chance? is there any way i’ll be able to “win him over” haha or should i just move on??
