Terrible 2s

So my son just turned 2 in mid June. He is in the TERRIBLE TERRIBLE 2's. He finds a way to knock over drinks a few times a day on PURPOSE (even up high, he pulls chairs all over the house). He just turns them over and bam. Another spill. He also doesnt listen right now. He makes good eye contact except when hes in trouble. He refuses to look at me. I'm at a loss of what to do with him. I know he will grow out of it but lord! I can name a million other things he does. I cant keep his room clean because of it.

My other son turned 3 in March. We are still trying to potty train him but he only wants to potty when HE wants to. I bought him cool spiderman underwear and all and he refuses to wear it. He only wants diapers. Now, he knows how to use the potty perfectly. He pees at least once a day in it? and hes pooped once. He is trying to force himself to poop in potty but he cant. I dont know how to get him more into being a big boy. Hes stubborn and I guess will just do it when hes ready. My daughter was SO easy to potty train, on the other hand.

Any advice or others who are in my shoes? I'm a SAHM right now so I have my hands full with the two toddler boys. When they arr together, since so close in age -- they are like a little tag team. They influence one another. My 3yo is behaving most of the time but he has his moments. .
