I currently living in misery because of tourettes. I tic in public all the time and my family is embarrassed by it I just know it. I have at least 1 tic attack a day and they usually last about 10 to 15 minutes long. I'm trying my hardest to find ways to calm my tic attacks down and I'm trying to be more comfortable with myself and not let myself down because of tourette's.

I'm looking for people who have tourette's or know someone with it who can help me. If you guys didn't know tourette's is usually bad during puberty years and then usually kinda goes away in your adult years. (I'm 13 btw so it's really bad)
